We are looking for a motivated and committed Technical Project Manager to join our management team immediately or by agreement, who values a straightforward approach, enjoys a high degree of autonomy, and loves working with clients.

Your responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for the operational planning, execution, control, and realization of projects. You will oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining an overview of processes, team workflows, budgets, and timelines:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements and needs
  • Develop digital strategies and consult with clients
  • Prepare detailed proposals and offers
  • Collaborate with clients to develop detailed project concepts (workshops, technical specifications, etc.)
  • Design, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver (sub-)projects
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Provide long-term consulting and support to clients

Your profile

We value both professional competence and cultural fit within our cooperative and motivated team. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

  • University degree in (Business) Informatics (ETH/FH/Uni) or equivalent
  • Several years of experience as a Technical (Web) Project Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
  • Enjoyment and patience in working with clients and project teams
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
